I'm a man in my mid-forties. I was skeptical when I placed my order, but I was willing to test it out. It turns out that Primal Viking really does work! I like that I can take it once a day. I feel like I have more energy as the day wears on, whereas I used to noticeably crash after 3pm. It also doesn't cause me any digestive issues, and I don't have to avoid my normal morning coffee.
