Gold streamers

Hi! I love the streamers but do have an issue with one of the gold ribbon pieces. It looks like one of the ribbons is the end/start of a roll of ribbon and was taped together. It has already come apart twice in the few days that I’ve had it displayed. I can send a photo for clarity if needed! Is there any way to get a full length replacement piece to switch it out? Thanks!

These are so sweet - very pretty and well made. Can’t wait to use them! I know we’ll use them often for years to come! Came thoughtfully designed with hanging loops, anti-fray on the ribbon ends, and a storage bag.
