Good Stuff
Took the giant ribeye from HLR up to our veterans turkey camp for The Falken Outdoorst his past weekend. It was juicy, tender, and full of flavor. It paired well with local deer and elk steaks. The guys loved it!

Ribeye
not as impressed as we hoped we'd be. Good flavor but very tough, not well marbled and gristly. Maybe that is what rib eyes are but I dont think so. We were gonna give it another go with a new york strip but for the $ Im not sure if its one or two to a package,and dont want to be disappointed again and just figure to stick to the burger.
