camera quality isn't very good, especially at night, had to fit it really low on my door as it wasn't capturing anything near my house, intelligent thing is good though as it describes what its seen but apart from that I wouldn't buy again

I'd give it zero if I could. They state not hidden costs total lie. I shows night time footage as being good visibility. You can hardly see anything. The footage is appalling. Yes I can return it the Hong Kong and get a refund. But the return postage is 50% of the value of the product.

The indoor Bell does not fit any UK Socket… Sophie the Customer Service Rep was brilliant and despite photos and video escalated it to a supervisor despite telling me in email the wrong item was sent! I was told to return it at my expense fron UL to Hong Kong!!! Absolute Joke! DO NOT BUY. Oh and when you reply in negative fashion ‘Postmaster General’ says email not sent!!!!
