The customer service for Envoise is amazing. I paid extra for express delivery and when they knew the delivery wasn’t going to be received, they refunded the shipping charge, i didn’t even need to ask. However i wish the shade of gold of this ring wasnt so dark. It wouldve looked so much better otherwise. The colour is a little flat and dull. Ill still wear it but i just wish it was a little brighter. However this company seems to be trustworthy and efficient & they had an excellent buy one get one free promotion
