This order was a gift for a friend, a special-occasion present. I ordered what has always been her usual size, in her favorite colors. She loved them but... they just did not fit. Your communication & replacement was super-fast, the half-size larger fit perfectly, and the addition of a 3rd pair of sturdier shoes for walking really made her day. Thank you!

I do minimal walking due to disablity, In the past few days, my toes have stretched out and it feels great! I love wearing them (with socks) all day. I use the adjustable feature to tighten or loosen as my feet change throughout the day. I'm not sure I would wear them for long walks or to work in on my feet all day, but they are very comfortable for around home or at the office.

Hubby loves them but you get the impression there's more red than there is. That's the only thing I would change, perhaps red lines between the blue. Otherwise, comfort is awesome!
