I haven't used it yet it's a Christmas gift. I am a little confused though since the advertisement for this product focused on leash pulling but the product received doesn't have any information about that problem. Please advise

I’m sorry but this seems useless. It’s also bulky and not easy to carry. Don’t waste your money.
