It’s great we have done two batches already since we received it. It is definitely like what they say it is faster than the other brands that I have seen. Their customer service is great also. We did not have any problems with getting help from them. The quality is is top notch on the machine and customer service.

Newbie

So far I was able to turn it on and run some bread. This is my first machine and I have a big learning curve!!! Many options to choose from on the touch screen. I should watch more of your set up videos before I do any more runs:)

I have not opened the box.

I do have high hopes my wife will love it on Christmas morning. She always goes whole hog on everything she does, so I decided to save some money and just start with the best.
