It’s great we have done two batches already since we received it. It is definitely like what they say it is faster than the other brands that I have seen. Their customer service is great also. We did not have any problems with getting help from them. The quality is is top notch on the machine and customer service.

Shipped with a part they knew was defective
Trying to follow those vague directions for the brass knob on the pump left me with oil everywhere. Called customer service. Was told that part is a problem and they’ve got a new design. Gave me new directions that might work which I followed and then had puddles of oil. Now customer service says I need to pay $12 to replace the part they knew didn’t work right when they shipped it. I know $12 isn’t much but why wasn’t the new part shipped with my new machine? I had such high hopes buying Blue Alpine but so far am very disappointed.

Newbie
So far I was able to turn it on and run some bread. This is my first machine and I have a big learning curve!!! Many options to choose from on the touch screen. I should watch more of your set up videos before I do any more runs:)
