I am so excited to use my freeze dryer. I grow a large garden and am going to freeze dry as many things as I can. I’ve been learning from YouTube on the Blue Alpine channel what you can freeze dry and what you can’t. All the videos on Blue Alpine show you how to set it up and what you need to do to maintain the machine. They take you through the process. The video’s show you everything about it and it’s just made it a very enjoyable experience.

I think you guys did a great job, Only issue im having is that the fd leaks, I called and they said elevate thefront of the fd, hopefully that works bc it leaked a good amount of h2o...

Amazing!

My first run was Candy, which was great! Simple and easy to figure out. My second run was 4lbs of Greek yogurt, which came out powdery and perfect. I now have my third run of fruit in (delicate preset recipe) and can’t wait to try it! Looking forward to discovering what we like and don’t like, but the experimentation is half the fun! (Taste testing is the best part!). Thank you to the whole Blue Alpine team for answering our questions and making the whole experience so far a 5 star (PLUS) experience!!
