After communication with barton rep via email they explained the tumeric part of my order was out of stock. They said 4-6 weeks. I agreed to keep the order and wait. I received an email that i had a delivey coming then another that said it was delivered and it was not. Reached out to customer service and even spoke aith a supervisor Gabriel and he confirmed that i was notified incorrectly. He said that it would ve an additional 1.5 to 2 months which is 3+ weeks from the last communication. I asked why i was not notified that the product was out of stock or why i was even allowed to order it and did not receive an answer. Only got the scripted apology and the i understand your frustration. I was offered a refund and it is supposed to be “right away”. Have I have lost confidence in Barton. I am windering if there are other issues apart from weak customer service. Sure wish that i could have spoken with someone more astute. Disappointed doesnt quite cover my experience.

I love their products, they work!! Their customer service is amazing!!
