The Mark Patch

Product is very well made! Looks way better than I thought it when i finally got my hands on it. There was a massive issue with shipping, not on the fault of ring wearer or myself, that cause a frustratingly long wait. That being said, I emailed to inquire what was going on. They were honest, apologized for the inconvenience and made it right, all the while keeping me updated. If I could give more stars I would, I will absolutely be ordering from them again.

Patch is as expected and of good quality. I don't plan on buying from the company again though. Took two months with no communication to actually receive my order. I wrote to them twice to follow-up, and got the same copy/paste response weeks after. I can understand when problems arise due to unforseen circumstances, as their response said, but two months with no updates is completely unprofessional. It got to the point where I assumed I was scammed and was looking into the charge back process.

After waiting for several weeks with no updates, I recieved an update saying mh patch was preparung to ship. No updates followed that initial message, I waited for a week or so and eventually reached out to the company to let them know of my issue, I was told that USPS lost a batch of their orders they had dropped off and they would remake my order and ship it out that week, or early the following week. It has now been 2 weeks since that response from their team and I havent heard a word about my order and I have reached out for a second tike to request a full refund and cancellation. Extremely frustrating to be left in the dark initially about the orders being lost, and then a company not following up on their word when it comes to fixing a mistake.
