Christmas gift for Florida friend

I purchased candle for friend who graduated from law school in Florida. She greatly enjoyed it. Nice mild scents without overpowering citrus from other competing brands. Shipping was timely and efficient.

Weak smell, burned my coffee table

I had high hopes for this (love a citrus-y smell), but I could smell the scent only before I lit the candle for the first time. The scent was almost undetectable each subsequent time I lit the candle. I've used the Iowa candle before and it's much stronger. The packaging is also a problem. I set it on my coffee table and, to my chagrin, it left an enormous scorched circle on my beige coffee table. The glass tub for the candle turned charred and black. Perhaps a better container would help. Love this idea, but couldn't detect this scent at all.
