Alarm Clock Aromatherapy Diffuser

This alarm clock aromatherapy unit is mediocre. The reservoir for the aromatherapy only lasts for maybe an hour if that. There is a light function button that does not work. I have bought several items from sharper image in the last year, and am very disappointed in their products. They used to be really good, but now something is lacking. For the amount of money you pay for a product it is not worth it. Their customer service is excellent. The representatives are very kind and helpful. The problem is you could only try to return an item so many times before it becomes ridiculous.
