Returns are ridiculously expensive
The phone case wasn’t as my daughter expected. The case itself seems sturdy, it was more of the design/style that wasn’t as expected. The return process is more difficult than most and the charge to ship is pricey. On top of that I didn’t get my initial shipping charge of $5.99 back. Wouldn’t purchase another case for this reason.

Poor design quality
Good protection but the design looks so blurry. Kinda sad about it
