THE PUMP

They where grate shoes at first sight, how ever after 2 wears the inside started to peel off on the edges, and the nou logo is already fading away. This is realy sad, it was a gift for my friend and her comming back to me with such comments does not make me happy. The customer support team keeps saying that by the video they see the shoes where well worn much more than i am stating, but that can not be true cause the shoes look grate on the outside where does not touch the skin which says they have not seen much of the outside world, and only the inside part is damaged. They offered me £150 to spend in theyr shop which is mad as only shipping cost more thn that to get any of theyr priducts to UK. Very dissapointing, i been promissed designer shoes quality and been very excited about these shoes getting them with my las money just to end up in dissapointment, shame.
