Quality again but I have to cut it to fit and with how the heal area is I am not sure it will fit comfortably. Though I was buying a replacement for what came in shoes originally

It would be helpful to have cutting patterns on them so one could easily trim to a smaller size (one size does not fit into all your shoes!) but otherwise comfortable for me. Just what my barefoot shoes needed!!

Fits well in shoes but not use to the high arch. This puts my heels higher than the front of my foot. I will have to see if knee and hip pain return or not
