Delivery took a bit longer than expected. The website statement of $16/month was not an option when i was reviewing the plans. After purchasing the $49/month plan, the $16/month plan became available. As for it's use, currently I'm not thrilled with it. It captures nearly everything as intended, however it does not generate the summaries for the info it captures as I need it. When dealing with troubleshooting the issues, you are dealing with an Ai agent so you can't be certain if your issues are truly being reviewed. Not certain if I will keep the plan going past the 1st month if it can't capture the info I need even though it sees & hears it.

Unfortunately mine broke within weeks.
Bought a year subscription.
Was sent out a replacment.
Replacement broke also.
Yet to get refunded for the device or the subscription!
