Parsnip and Sweet potatoes at their best

Both of these vegetables smelled so fresh once I opened up the box. Peeled them both and made parmesan fries. 425 roasted in the oven tossed with a little olive oil, salt, pepper, garlic powder, paprika and cornstarch to make them crispy. So amazing and fresh. Easy and tasty. We wanted more! The rest of the sweet potatoes, we roasted whole with a little bit of butter and salt and pepper and they just are so amazing and tender. We're loving the seasonal vegetables from Iron and Acre!

I'm pretty obsessed...

I'm pretty obsessed with all things Iron and Acre! The vegetables actually smell and taste like vegetables are meant to taste. Potatoes that smell of dirt and the Earth as if literally just picked. Sweet Earthy Carrots. Greens and Microgreens that have flavor and crunch. I could go on. I haven't been disappointed. LOVE these boxes.
