Wingback Mechanical Pen

Love it! Weight, feel, color, mechanism. 10/10. The refill however is very thick and requires quite a bit of pressure which isn’t for me, but I replaced it with a fine fisher space refill and it’s quite nice! Overall I can’t express enough how high quality and balanced the pen feels. On hand, it is so so nice. The mechanism is kind of like a compound bow in that there’s this really satisfying transition from applying a lot of pressure to it snapping into place and then undoing it is quite the same and very fidget-able and you can make it quiet, which is great for environment with other people. I also love spinning my pen and no clip was a necessity and this is just so nice. It is definitely heavy so be prepared it’s 51g. Oh and the cerakote by the grip comes off quite quickly from rubbing on things to reveal the brass hidden beneath which I like as a sign of use but maybe others consider it not what they expected of a high end coating.
