Tried this rub on some boneless country style pork ribs and it imparts a nice, smoky, slightly sweet flavor to pork! Would recommend as a good rub for pork and ribs!

We used the Rib Rub and your barbecue sauce on the recipe you posted for oven baked ribs. We had to cook them a bit longer then stated on the recipe due to the high altitude here in Montana but Man Oh Man was it delicious! So tender, too! Absolutely the BEST RIBS ever!! Served them with some of your barbeque sauce, coleslaw and baked beans. Can't wait to try more of your recipes! Thank you, thank you!
