I had the pleasure of discovering Oleamea olive oil at the North Andover farmers market, probably close to 10 years ago. And I have been a devoted fan ever since. I use all the varieties, for cooking and sauces and just dipping bread in it because it’s that good all by itself. The aroma and the flavor are outstanding and you don’t even need salad dressing when you can pour some of this right onto your salad. It has that much flavor!
