2 main issues for not likely 1 - it did not work for me 2 - the texture made it difficult to swallow and too easy to choke as it get stuck in my throat

While I was very sceptical, both the feeling and the data from health tracking agree that the sleep was of better quality. Will continue to take the night before a day that requires more focus.
