Dear Boldmfg- I have installed one handrail with three brackets so far, and I plan to do another. The brackets are high quality and secure and have a nice design aesthetic. Nice work! Here are some things to thing about for making your product better. It would be nice if you provided (I would pay extra) options for: 1. Attaching a wood railing. I didn’t order a metal railing, just the brackets, and the sheet metal screws you include are not long enough to securely attach a wood rail. They are black, which is nice, but it would be nice if there was an option to buy some 1” screws. 2. I attached the handrail brackets to brick and it would have been nice to have some masonry achors (like a Tapcon) that are already painted black. I used Tapcon, but will have to paint the screws heads with some flat black paint. Thanks for producing a high quality and well-built product. Paul from Seattle
