I still havent received the item, so it gets 1 star. I also emailed the company and have heard nothing back. So I would give negative stars if I could.

It works pretty well. Sometimes comes off in the middle of the night if tossing and turning. The feedback from my wife is reducing snoring on average. It would be nice to have a BT connection and app to understand the power level as it seems weaker after 7-8 hours.
