Grace & Jade Matcha

Hi David (if this actually makes it to you ), I almost clicked the stars and called it a day. Then I realized five stars didn't quite say what I wanted to. For the longest time, Rebel Bunny was one of those brands I admired from afar. I used to watch everyone whisk their bowls using your matcha and secretly hoped that one day I'd get to experience it too. It felt like this little club that I wanted to be part of. Getting to finally join that community recently honestly made me happier than I'd like to admit. Now for the matcha itself...It wasn't love at first sip. It was the kind that quietly grows on you until one day, you realize you've been reaching for it every morning. The aroma is sweet, and once whisked I get a lovely mix of fresh vegetal notes, nuttiness, and gentle umami. I barely needed any sweetener because it already carries a natural sweetness that shines on its own. What I love most is how balanced it is. No bitterness, no harshness, just pure smoothness where every note comes together beautifully. It's very easy to love, yet interesting enough that every cup keeps me curious and reaching for the next one.  Those exact thoughts eventually became the review I shared with my little MatchaTok community. My biggest hope is that someone who's been watching Rebel Bunny from afar, just like I once was, finds that little push to finally dive into the Rebel Bunny world too.  I genuinely don't think I'll ever look at matcha the same way again. Grace & Jade has quietly raised my standards for what matcha can taste like, but more than that, for how it can feel. It's become a ritual I genuinely look forward to every morning, and that's not something just any matcha could do. Thank you, David, for building something that people don't just buy, but genuinely become excited to be part of. Being trusted to experience and share Grace & Jade has meant more than you probably realize, and I'm incredibly grateful our paths somehow crossed. Here's to many more mornings with Grace & Jade, and hopefully many more chances to discover the rest of the little world you've created and share it with even more people. Another amazing purchase! Each matcha has such a different flavour. I’m used to generic matcha; the Grace & Jade is punchy. I have happy sips all morning.

I love it it’s a fair price for a vibrant matcha that pairs well with coconut milk and coconut water .. I usually like matcha americano because the matcha flavor is important to me and milk usually overwhelms it but this matcha actually shines though.. i made a matcha americano with a shot of hot coconut milk and honey and it was delicious
