For the most part it feels kinda oily. Let it air dry for a bit. My liquid eyeliner holds well but the cat eyeline doesnt hold properly.
For an organic primer i think its great. It doesnt hold 100% bc its like an oily moisturizer but it’s nontoxic afterall, you win some and you lose some I guess.
