Firstly I was very impressed with Vincent’s professional attitude and service. I wanted to make a couple of changes to the standard format of the watch which Vincent was only too happy to do. He went on to explain to me that this would be a custom build which would take longer to make than normal. The watch arrived exactly when he said it would. I have now had it for 2 weeks and using same as my daily watch. I could not be any happier with the end result.Once again thank you Vincent.

A Left Hand Dial ?

I have always been interested in watches with the crown on the left side of the dial after an earlier watch had the crown dig into my hand. When I saw the ad for Instinct Time I thought why not and sent my request through. Vincent promptly replied while he had not previously done this he would investigate further and come back to me. A few days later I got the great reply that it could done. So I gave the OK to proceed. Well the final product came out looking good and working how I wanted it to. So if you too want a crown on the left, Vincent is the person to contact.
