I recently ordered a set of the bit holders using the wrong address. I told the company it was my fault and not to worry about it. Ezyprime insisted on sending me a full set at their own expense and included some additional products. I’m really enjoying the tools and appreciate greatly the level of response and service. I think I'll stick with the pull forward type since thats how my impact Chuck works. I need to order some more. I was definitely tired of fumbling and searching for bits
