Very cute and comfortable. Im a size 10 always but these do fit a little bit short. I maybe will size up next time of they have 11, just for the length. I do jave narrow feet and these fit width perfect but if you have regular width you might also want to size up so that the sole will cover under your foot.

I just like them.

Comfy but a little large

These are super comfortable, and customer service was great. I’m between sizes and had asked whether they recommend sizing up or down. They told me to size up, but unfortunately, they ended up being about 2 cm too large. While the size is listed on the website, it’s a bit hard to truly picture how it will fit, which is why I went with their recommendation. My only complaint is that the return process is a bit tricky. They don’t provide return slips, which makes it a hassle. The shoes are a tad too big, and the strings are a little loose (my feet definitely slide around). However, since they don’t offer exchanges and returns are at your own cost, I decided to just keep them. Because this is an online store, I do wish the return and exchange process were easier.
