Kuhn Paring Knives

They’re cheap, fun, and they work.

I bought these just to cut fruits with at work. I try to cut only partially because I don’t have a proper cutting board there but they’re fun with all sorts of colours, little, and work. I think blade geometry is quite thin. They seem to work ok with apples and orange peeling but not sure with anything else.

I love these pairing knifes and as a Chef I make sure everyone working under me as one. Even if it just ends up being used as a box cutter. lol

My favorite pocket knife

I have been using this same brand since 2007. Still great and very dependable box cutter or quick paring knife anywhere I go in the kitchen.
