Very upset

Well I was really disappointed because when I got it I realized that the ball didn't even come out so I had to take players to open it then put it in my mouth and carefully close it also with players hoping that it didn't rip through my skin if the players slipped which they did and I never even got the ring all the way closed so that's what I have to say about that ....

Wrong Size

I really liked this earring but I ordered a 8mm instead of a 10mm and they would not let me return it. This is very disappointing and now I have an earring that will sit in my drawer forever now. Sad to say I probably won’t get anything else from here since I am not wanting to put more money into this company since I really didn’t get my money’s worth last time. Earring is very cute though.
