Cheaply made. Listed price is $12.00 Mirror is ridiculously small. The mirror is not in a compact and cased in cheap plastic. The mirror I received came in the cutestest little sac. The mirror itself, I received, already had black spots where the silver coating had already chipped off. This is a brand new item already in this condition without being hit or knocked around to cause any chipping of any kind. It's a high end priced item made with very cheap materials. I'm grateful the mirror was a FREE GIFT. I COMPLETELY KNOW WHY.
