Solena Platform Sandals

Terrible experience. I do NOT recommend this company. I ordered two different pairs of sandals: one blue and one cream, both in size 8. Instead, they sent me two identical pairs in the same color and the wrong size (size 9). To make matters worse, when I contacted customer service, they refused to provide a proper solution. They expected me to pay approximately $300 to return items to Turkey for a mistake that was entirely theirs. That is completely unacceptable. Their customer service is among the worst I have ever experienced. Instead of taking responsibility, they offered me a 50% discount on another purchase, as if I would want to buy from them again after this experience. The sandals arrived crammed into a small bag, causing them to be squashed, bent, and even cracked. The packaging was careless and unprofessional. Wrong color, wrong size, duplicate items, poor packaging, and terrible customer service. Save your money and shop somewhere else.

These are horrible, made very cheaply and looked terrible. They would not refund my money or return them.

They are cute but made for wide feet.
