Great Value Pack

The e-bike is beautiful and rides exactly as described in the reviews I watched on the Boxer ST. Well built full suspension fat-tire e-bike under $1500 is amazing. My rating should be 4.8 stars and not 4 because the only thing that needs to be improved are the directions for assembly. They are incomplete and there is nothing about how to install the extras like the fenders and the rear rack. Even the official Puckipuppy assembly video is lacking directions. You can figure it out yourself but why skimp on this?!? Overall, I’m very happy with the purchase, time of delivery, and packaging.

Torrance, I recently received my PUCKIPUPPY e-bike and wanted to let you know that the bike itself arrived in good condition. A few items are missing or do not fit, and I would like to know if you can resolve them. Missing parts • Front fender • Bolts to secure the rear fender Accessory issue • The water bottle kit that came with the order does not fit this e-bike. Could you please send the missing front fender and rear-fender center bolt, and either replace the water bottle kit with one that fits this model or advise how to mount it correctly? Thank you for your help. I look forward to getting these parts so I can finish assembly and start riding.

We Love our PuckiPuppy Bikes. So far there has been 4 Boxers purchased. 6 total. I think we are starting the PuckiPuppy Pack. LOL
