302 Laser Cap

The laser cap doesn't not fit securely on my head. The fabric cap doesn't stay attached properly to the laser base, causing the unit to slide off during use. As a result, it's not truly hands-free, as I have to continuously hold it in place to prevent it from falling and potentially getting damaged. This makes it difficult to use conformably and consistently. Have not experienced any results after daily usage for 4 months.

Huge cord

You don’t see the cord and battery on any of the images of this product, and these make is cumbersome to use.

Lower Cost

After completing a lot of online research, this laser cap is about $500 to $700 less than the same exact high end cap offered by other companies. My understanding is that BJ is cutting out a layer of salespeople which allows the price to be cheaper. (Since the cap only needs to be used 6 minutes a day, this indicates the power/effectiveness of the laser diodes.)
