I ordered the beautiful tortoise shell tiles. The set came missing one tile and an extra of another. The Bam Bird staff quickly sent me a replacement tile. I am so pleased with both the tiles and service!

Amazing Customer Service, Beautiful Tiles!

The customer service with Bam Bird Boutique is amazing. I had a minor issue with a couple of tiles from my Art Deco set. They immediately ordered replacements for the tiles and they shipped quickly. I highly recommend the Art Deco tiles they are gorgeous. This is my second Bam Bird Boutique set and I will continue to come back for the high quality and excellent customer service.
