Broken key replacement

I accidentally broke the key off in the front wheel lock and Lisa was able to help me get a replacement through their site. Had no problems with a locksmith cutting a new key for us and it worked perfectly. Excellent customer service and product!

Extra key

The blank keys came promptly and I had no trouble getting my bike key copied. A great thing considering that my bike is a decade (plus) old.

You kind of have to give it five stars

It’s helpful to have extra keys. I snapped one of the originals off in the lock (I got it out) and have been really nervous about losing the second one. The only thing I’d say is that not everyone will know how to cut this key. I wouldn’t trust a big box store like Home Depot. My local hardware store was able to do it (I was a little nervous when he said he thought he could figure it out) but unlike the original it has to be inserted one way to open the lock. My hardware store seemed to know the specific type of key and cut (there was clearly specialized vocabulary) If it came with some indication of how it should be cut that might help.
