I feel this is a very powerful tape. I've been listening to it for a few nights and have noticed a shift in my reality. I feel more clarity. After doing a lot of shadow work on myself, this tape is helping me set boundaries and step into my power, merging all my parts that are coming back to me. Lots of love, thank you.
