Santal 13: Car Diffuser

I am a forever customer of Ivy and Sage! The Santal 13 car diffuser I purchased not only smells amazing, it also hides the lingering stench of soggy cleats and sweaty gear bags from soccer carpool. In addition to the fantastic products, the customer service is next level. There was a mistake made when processing my order which caused a delay in shipping. When this mistake was discovered I received a phone call from the founder/owner explaining the situation and assured me I would receive the product I ordered ASAP. He could have simply fixed the problem and moved on, knowing I would eventually get what I ordered. Instead, he took the time to call, explain and apologize. A small act with a huge impact!!

For the price the bottle could stand to be a little bigger, I’ve only had mine in the car for a few days and it’s already a third empty and it’s not really throwing all that much scent. I wouldn’t have initially cared about the size if it didn’t evaporate before my very eyes. It is aesthetically appealing compared to typical store bought ones.
