Happy with the system, but unhappy withservice

Happy with the system, but very unhappy with the company's communication. I ordered an refurbished x box 360 system with a 500GB hard drive. They sent me the system and a 320GB hard drive. System works great sounds like new no complaints there. I sent a email asking how they will correct this issue, waited a couple days no response, called their phone number and after about 8 times someone answered and said he would tell someone to answer my email in 24 hours. 2 days later they answered my email and admitted they sent me the wrong hard drive knowingly when they packed it without telling me first due to product unavailability. Eventhough their website shows both the bundle system and hard drive are available. They offer me 5 percent refund for the mess up which I took being I didn't want to send the system back being its a gift for xmas for my child and its a couple weeks away. But what they did was just wrong in my opinion they shouldn't be sending lesser product replacements without getting the customers ok first! Also what if I wouldn't have noticed it? They didn't tell me it was a smaller hard drive they sent me so Im guessing not everyone that buys system knows this stuff.
