First Steps Saber

I ordered the blue version but received the black one instead. I contacted customer support a few times by both email and phone. They told me they were investigating the issue and would get back to me, but I have not received any update. It has now been over a week without any response. Update: receiver corected color after 3 wks

Color change stopped working within 24h. Still waiting for the company to get back to me how to solve this.
