Unnecessary restrictions, wrong size shipped, one button format is inconvenient, frustrating menu navigation

Product was excellent, shipping was a nightmare.
Would have been five stars if not for misleading information regarding express shipping. The Express Shipping option claimed the order would be delivered within 1-2 Business Days, however it took neatly 10 business days for it to arrive, in addition to there being very frustrating issues with tracking information either not updating, or incorrectly displaying that the package would arrive any given day.
