Bathing in the Skylight
The thing is a beast, and I'm a small person, so one of my sons helped me set it up. The process went smoothly. I love the industrial aesthetic. We went from flickering LED can lights to this superb lamp. It's like bathing in pure photons in each of the 3 frequencies. Because the room has a dark-colored ceiling, a significant part of the light is absorbed, so I can't comment on its brightness in a typical room with ceiling white, but it's entirely adequate for us. As far as the effects go, I can say that I find the daylight stimulating, the amber soothing and the red light sleep-inducing. Any time of day, it's just a pleasure to let the light wash over us!
