Ordered for my son, over 14 days ago..I specifically emailed the company before ordering to try to ensure authenticity. I have emailed a number of times since placing my order, but continue to receive a response that appears to be AI generated with generic timeframes and no actual answer to any of the questions I ask. My 12yo son is really disappointed he spent $180-$200 and still hasn't received anything. He is really worried that he isn't going to receive anything at all. This was money he saved up personally. We did research and chose Saber X because it was Canadian. Being only a few provinces away, it is astonishing that after over 2weeks there is still no sign of his light saber, even with the tracking number. Super disappointed. Hopeful the company will do something for my son.
