MOZA Active Shifter Knob

Great build quality. Seq mode knob arrived with wrong screw size trying to communicate with support but super keeps telling me to buy the active shifter kit.... this exact same kit i bought from them that one knob doesn't fit (i expect its either an ai auto reply or list in translation issue)
