MOZA Z-Axis Module

Does what it says! I don't feel I could overtwist it or break it, stays attached and has a happy balance in resistance that I don't feel like it's floppy but don't need much force to move it either. works while attached to thejoystick just fine and adds a lot of versatility to the overall setup. Very happy!

After a purchase of the AB-9 base and the MH16 grip I found that I needed a solution to allow me to lower the base below the height of my chair. I looked at a few other options and due to the loyalty points I generated with my prior order I decided to go with the Z-Axis Module for a few different reasons. The first was the price was about half of the helicopter extension I was looking considering. The next biggest reason is that it was the same brand as the grip and base. The next big reason is that it is metal vs printed plastic. An added bonus was the included set screw that allows you to lock the z-axis in case you are using dedicated rudder pedals, however, this has a secondary effect of being able to offset the grip to a more comfortable and ergonomic angle, and for flying helicopters this is a huge thing. All in all I would highly recommend Z-Axis Module to anyone that is looking for either a twist grip for rudder control or a moderate extension to fit your particular home cockpit set up.

Friend who I bought this for says it works very well, but puts the flightstick up too high for his setup, even with a table bracket that goes pretty low. He thought an interesting option would be for MOZA to offer a much longer extension so the FFB base could sit on the floor and the stick could go between his legs.
