Supports our children who struggle to regulate
We have been using the Mood Bears in our school for some time now with great success. The children are able to use the bears to identify their feelings such as angry or mad. Angry Bear allows the children to discuss their own feelings in third person and think of strategies Angry Bear could do to help regulate big emotions.
