Lactic Acid Buffer Capsules

I’ve been taking Torra lactic acid buffers for the past couple of weeks, in the build up to a Hyrox race. I felt fantastic for the duration, no lactic acid build up and a PB in the bag! Very happy overall and will purchase again! Also, the welcome pack is great!

Only been using the capsules for a week, raced at Olympia, and my recovery is so much better than when I've previously raced. This is a definite for me.

So far so good… 10 days in and feels like there is an improvement in recovery but also helping on long runs too. Still feel there is more to come
