Portafilter

Had to order these replacements due to a fault with the original portafilter. Unfortunately, ROK don’t seem to have any interest in customer service as they never respnded to my enquiries about whether its a common fault or design flaw. I’m hoping not.

The customer service was prompt and impressive, sending me two parts that were still covered under warranty after 5 years of owning the rok.

Exactly what I needed. Good quality. Beautifully solid.
