The 4BROS DadBod Appendix Rig offers a good balance of fit and comfort, although overall comfort can depend on the style and fit of the pants being worn. At 5’11” and 253 pounds, I find it comfortable for everyday carry with my Springfield Armory Echelon 4.0C. My only drawback is the extra magazine carrier. The retention does not feel tight enough, and the magazine can begin to slide out if you are not paying close attention. With improved magazine retention, this would be an excellent appendix carry setup.

Great build quality and very comfortable

Excellent holster. Amazing modularity. Superb carrying. The only reason I rated 4/5 is because the belt wing/claw doesn’t do too terribly well. But I am flat as a board and 140lbs/6ft. So skinny guys can buy this too!
